"As others have mentioned in the Reviews, Scott is extremely thorough and knowledgable in the whole process of working with the insurance companies and the steps that need to be taken - he will take the time to explain all of it to you. Scott is very honest and straight forward about what to expect in regards to the work needing to be done on your vehicle, the costs, and the time frame needed for completion. Scott explained in detail our initial estimates for time and costs, and then explained how those could change so there were no surprises if any additional work was needed. Scott also communicated to us options he was looking at for parts that needed to be replaced so we knew he was looking for quality and cost efficiency in our best interests. Regardless of any changes that would come up, we were put at ease because we knew Scott was doing the best job he could for us and was up front about everything. Scott was not only extremely easy to work with, but also very easy to communicate with over phone and email. Scott puts a lot of effort into making you feel like you are being taken care of, and that you can put all of your trust into what he says he is going to do, and the work that he does. Scott and his team at Mpressive Auto Body are one of Lincoln's best kept secrets. We are grateful we found him amongst all the other listings when looking for an auto body shop with fair prices that we could trust. We'll take all work to him in the future if possible, even if it means waiting behind all of his well deserved customers. "

"We initially went to Scott for the cable on the driver's side window that broke. Scott was so polite and made sure my college students car was fixed correctly as I am a single parent 370 miles away.
